DVOP's meet with customers and provide intensive services to ELIGIBLE Veterans and ELIGIBLE Spouses who:
- are 18 to 24 years of age
- meet the definition of an individual with a significant Barrier to Employment
- are a Transitioning member of the Armed Forces and have been identified in need of intensive services
- a member of the Armed forces who are wounded, ill, or injured and receiving treatment in a military treatment facility or warrior transition unit
- a spouse or other family caregiver of a wounded, ill, or injured member.
